Although the article said the acronym was TARDIS, so I guess we are looking at a very, internally spacious, phone booth. The future promises to be interesting once they invent the parts they require.

So, they put it out into the public, which means they already have it.
One possible reason for the Mandela Effect.  ;)

(Another possible reason for the M.E. is they are just using HAARP to beam bullshit into our minds.)     ;D
