Here we provide meals for students, ok. Fine. Idk, still against but whatever. But then it became ALL meals. And now some plan for "others" even? What are kids going to learn when there own PARENTS won't feed them but the government does? That sounds like a great plan. Also illegals are totally welcomed because....money is based on "kids in seats" in school, no matter. But some...interesting things...I've heard, like for the the State Exams, roll calls aren't done and "unexplained absences" aren't a concern. But once the tests are in, the numbers matter. (There is an odd thing about State standards of performance versus getting Federal and State funds based on population in school.) No wonder many, if they can, go private or move to suburb and hence the "system" keeps making bigger give-aways for illegals or etc?
