I thought it was a joke.  Apparently not.   Magnum is back.   Another cruddy reboot.

These are reasons to watch less, and less TV. I know the reboot of H50 has been around for a few years now and it makes me sick.

Yep.  H50 sucks. The MacGyver one is silly in a bad way.  Now we are getting Murphy Brown and Designing Women back too.  It's laughable the amount of remakes and reboots.  I'm sure there will be more suckage to come.   There is supposed to be a Perry Mason reboot produced by Robert Downey Jr.  Ugh.

I haven't heard about those, yet! Do you think they'll go so far as to reboot Happy Days???  with a poticically correct Fonz?

The new Five-O really went over board with the CGI Jack Lord.   Beyond creepy.............

Why watch all these crappy, supposed remakes when you can usually watch the classic originals on OTA TV.  No charge, top acting, writing, and directing, no CGI (thank God) and in the case of some series, such as Hawaii Five-O, there are so many shows that by the time they go through one full run of the original series, it's almost like watching new shows.

Hawaii Five-O is on hiatus at MeTV for the moment, but when they were last showing it, I DVR'd the shows for watching later, at my convenience, plus I can fast forward through all the reverse mortgage commercials.  I gave up on the current drug-addled, social engineering-crazed Hollywood quite some time ago.  They suck, as bad as Noory.

Hell, I'd rather watch old sci-fi B-movies on CometTV than the current junk coming out of Hollywood.

Teenage MacGuyver is dreadful.  The crap flood of high school vampires and superheros is unbearable. Im beginning to understand why spectator sports are making a come-back,  despite their unsportsman commercialisation.

There's a teenage MacGuyver?  Hah, hah, hah.  ;D  What's he do, figure out how to use kitchen utensils and duct tape to get out of bad dates?  ;)

It looks like Doogie Howser MD. Not sure if he still lives at home. I haven't been able to get through more than 5 minutes of that abortion of a tv show.
