A declassified FBI report has been released that in my opinion debunks the most famous underground base "whistleblower." I've considered this report along with other government records out on the web and everything makes sense. In short, he was an otherwise intelligent but schizophrenic person that became ill from sleeping above a pile of radioactive ore. He worked in a shoe store and as a surveyor's assistant for a time and was a rock hound.

Highlights from the report: He was a patient at Dammasch State Hospital in Wilsonville Oregon from 1968-1969 under treatment for schizophrenia.
The FBI seized radioactive ore from him in 1975. At the time he was already missing two fingers and a thumb. So his claim of losing his fingers in an alien firefight at Dulce in 1979 is not true. How he did lose them is revealed...
