It’s clearly been around for years and is activated by Huawei 5G. That’s why Trump has been working to stop the spread of Huawei. The Chinese struck back by activating in some Asian cities, but Trump acted first by hacking Huawei and activating the virus in Wuhan.
Trump tried to hit Chappaqua, but the Clintons had defector beams on and the virus was activated in New Rochelle - 21-miles away.
That’s my favorite conspiracy theory for the moment.

Are doctors scientists?  I think not.

Some are, it depends what they study. Doctors can get PhDs in business, infection control, etc.
Surgeons and nurses do have direct education and experience with this equipment. The over the ear masks so widely used are the ones that are immediately removed and replaced with N95 masks when a patient is un-expectantly found to have TB, which is larger than the virus. I know my N95 mask size, and have been taught how to put such a mask on after enduring the unpleasant fit test.
