SIT tonight, from 25 freaking years ago.

6-10pm PT: Art Bell - Somewhere in Time returns to 6/11/97 when researcher Jim Marrs revealed the extraterrestrial agenda.
I believe that was a one time appearance. Pretty sure this is because Art did not like all the conspiratorial topics that Jim covered in his books - mainly globalism ETC. And then 911 happened and we all know how Marrs felt about that. I think Art was a lot more selective on his guests than he claimed.

Left hook/ I never could stand listening when Dannion Brinkley was on. Dannion on? Radio off! And he sounded very..  affected. ::)

And he, Marrs is fucking shameless as he constantly peppers in the name of whatever book he's hocking throughout the interview. Art may have disliked that as well. He says as much about guests and their books in The Art Of Talk which apparently I am reading for the seventh time since 06. I do not realize that I'm reading it yet again, however it is currently on my nightstand and bookmarked to page 152.  :P

Dames was actually fun the first few times he was on. It wasn’t until he had prediction after prediction fail it became stale.  His remote viewing the devil shows were great for the time.

Ramona (RIP) did a great job.  Dr. Doom with a warning to "turn the show off if it's too disturbing" was classic theater of the mind.
Eh, nevermind...

U7 likely from 1997.

Art refers to his website to click on "Neil"'s name and look for "Art Bell brain energy..."

Google search found it...

He's been a frequent guest of C2C.

Not the same. Dames, like MEL and Whitley were very good for business. Dames was well rounded in that his field of expertise ::) covered many aspects whereas someone like Jim Marrs was a broken record on a loop and was not much of a draw. In short - he wasn't full of enough shit to earn his keep.

His remote viewing the devil shows were great for the time.

Neil Slade  "The brain guy" - Art's pet name for him.

@sean92008 Do you realize that when you post your radio is still on? Extinguish your radio or move to another room.

On SIT this week, I think from 1994, Art was in a panic over the fate of. 3 1/2 year old Reno girl who disappeared while her mother was “taking s shower.”  Then my internet went out for a couple of hours.  Did they ever get any resolution?
Merry Christmas

@JUAN any idea on the date? I probably have the show and will do my due diligence to find some answers for you. You know,  coz I'm nice.

Having breakfast and coffee to a Michael Horn guest appearance.   Dude is just "off" "weird" "kooky" but he's selling his shit in a nice little package so I'll hunker down for the remainder of the show.

June 16, 1994 per the coast website.
Art was all excited about how great live radio was to be able to cover such a story. It was during open lines and I did not hear a single member of the Sad Pack.
Merry Christmas

Thanks, here’s more sickening detail.  Art’s instincts were right.

He gets out of the death penalty

Apparently growing up improvised is a chemical-contaminated Mexican town excuses torturing a small child for years and killing her.  He was entitled to assistance from the Mexican counsel before trial.
