B21 Raider. Reports state the plan is to buy anywhere from 145 up to 200 aircraft.  How many will the Air Force actually buy before they cuck out and cancel the program?  I'm guessing 18.

I've watched that midair at least 20 times from 4 different angles. I'm convinced the P-63 pilot purposely collided with the bomber.  And you have more confidence in the NTSB than I do.
Sure looked like it. You know what they say...  If it walks like a duck...
