I believe that there is such a thing as a family curse.
I had a friend who committed suicide as an elementary school student...
His family consisted of seven people, not counting my friend's mother who is from a different bloodline (she made it to 87)...
Out of the seven people:
1 infant died
1 child died
1 died at 36
2 died before age 60 (55 & 58)
1 died at 62
1 died at 65
According to find a grave, none of them died in battle or overseas.
I just looked up an uncle and a cousin of my classmate, both of them made it to 65. Wow...
