I never heard that one, but I sometimes heard "mouthful". I will pre-ban "mouthfeel".
It's all over, and disgusting. I started hearing it a year ago.
Ever since savory (now umani) was added to the list of sweet, sour, salty, and bitter, the foodies have been on the lookout for the next big descriptive term.
Hence ''mouth feel''.
So true.

I don't like it when servers ask, "How does your food taste?" I always want to say, "My food doesn't taste. I do," but they wouldn't get it. They should just say, "How is your food?" and leave basic bodily functions like taste buds to the imagination.
