Oh, him!  That's just Mr Fussyass wearing his crabbypants again. He likes kiwis and he thinks he is in charge. I TOLD him about the great and powerful BART ELL but he isn't giving up. By the way, he especially likes it when we say we could care less.

I enjoy his posts.
Not because he is clever or entertaining, though.
It's because I have heard him speak and I know that he sounds like Miss Marple.
Now read his posts in her voice and you can enjoy them too.

Which Miss Marple?
Time spent with cats is never wasted.

Just go with it, no room for fact checking here.
Just think generic old British woman.

That would help tremendously, and makes all the other posts rather hysterical!
Thank you, Bart!

I'm finding some text to speech web sites. I could run his posts through one of those...

"stupes" (pronounced 'stoops') Apparently short for 'stupid.'  I was first introduced to this when I went to a cook-out and I said something absurd yet funny and I was told "That's stupes!", with some following laughter.  My buddy says it along with his wife and oldest child.  The youngest doesn't, probably because he has sense.  I'm pushing 50.  So is my buddy.  *sigh*  I just shake my head at the effort to keep up with the vernacular of the cool kids.

I get that. On the other side of the spectrum, I can't stand to be around middle aged guys who act and sound like they're 80.

@Nucky Nolan  Never thought of that.  Now I'm doubting myself and am thinking that I sound like an old fogie. Thanks man!  ;)  Can I assume that you've been around a person like that?  Fortunately I haven't.  Well...some family, but they seemed "normal."   All I can think about now is a Pepperidge Farm commercial or Wilfred Brimley.  Maybe an episode of The Waltons.  ;D

Mostly people who refuse to grasp the brilliance of 80s music, right?
