I envy you.  Since I was a kid, I have wanted to see Cypress Gardens for no other reason than it's name.  I guess there are large parts of it remaining within the confines of LEGOLAND® in Florida.

Snorkeling the Crystal River with the manatees and exploring the nearby Indian mounds in the state park there is another good attraction.

Thanks for the post @sean92008. I wish I would have seen this before I had that ginormous salad at lunch yesterday. I’ve been trying to be good to save up for all the turkey & dressin. Wrong day to pass up on the burger and fries!
