But how can I trust it is in fact asparagus?  That airplane could actually have kiwis.  I need transparency.

Many years ago I had a job where I was processing and packaging plants for retail shipment to customers.  The rough stock, like daylilies, begonias, gladiolas and the like, were shipped from the produce belt in California.  The growers down there used vegetable and fruit crates to ship the plants in.  Many of them still had the original produce labels on them.  So I helped myself to them.

You can still find produce boxes at your local grocery store.  In the produce department where you see the employees restocking the fruits and vegetables.  Only now a days, all of the crates are made out of printed cardboard.  Good luck trying to peel the labels off of them.
