By advising us to hold stocks long term and not to try and outguess the market. (That, plus index funds over mutual funds.)  I will miss John, but he had a good run of 89 years.  I saw on the MSNBC channel that he a number of heart attacks starting in his forties, but that he had a heart transplant in his sixties, and he seemed pretty happy with it.

Reports are that RBG has been readmitted to the hospital for pneumonia.  It won't be long, she hasn't looked good for a long time...  I haven't seen it on the news although it's been days.

Apparently, all the news agencies are ready to pull the trigger on the news.

RoboJudge...

Frankly, I've seen an interview that she did and she looked like she was answering questions about her 105th birthday.  Head down, unable to hold her head up, lifts her head to start speaking and it falls again.

I think, if Trump wants a lasting impact and some legacy, all government employees and politicians, no matter what their status or stature, should pass a fucking test to be able to handle themselves.  Deadweight, a prequel.

We'll be losing another one...  I've always enjoyed her midwest airheaded mother bit (including on the initial season of the daytime version of the David Letterman show with Edwin Newman doing the news).

She ain't dead yet but...
