I fired an employee today and I feel horrible. Damn him.
More people need to be fired in this world. Give them a wake up call to up their game or alert the next employer to watch out. Too many feel privileged.
Funny, I don't think I've ever been fired outright. I've gotten frustrated by an employer, found a new job and have been terminated when my new company did the employment verification call (missed a week's pay but my vengeance was more than rewarding, they wanted all the passwords and I was "under such stress, I forgot" after my final check was cashed, they called for them and I said I don't work for them any longer. Total thankless asshole move on my part.)
