that said nectarines are simply fuzz-less variety of  peaches
apricots are ok, but cant hold a candle to peaches.

Yeah, well I also said they are much tangier and I think indicated they are firmer.  I don't have to eat a nectarine over a plate.  Peaches are like eating a water balloon.

I used to far prefer nectarines, but the past few years, peaches.  They don't feel as fuzzy as they used to.  Have the peaches changed or is it me?

I agree.  Haven't seen a real tangerine in 30 years, too.

I told myself I wouldn't have dirty thoughts today and share innuendo regarding said thoughts based on the highlighted quote.  So all I'll say is I love peaches and hate apricots.  Nectarines are okay.
