Attention: EST/CST/MST/PST now appropriate

With the expiration of daylight savings time in the US, the terms referring to standard times, i.e. EST, are now proper to use. Don’t annoy @Bart Ell.

I knew the government of China wasn't competent enough to manage multiple time zones. 

I recently found out India also has one time zone.
