Being a Friday show, I assume Snorge didn’t even last long for open lines and skipped out early.  Lee Cigar has tonight but Snorge reappears for a Super Suck Sunday Snoor-in, with the submerging artists, so he has to rest up for that, too.

Ha!  I knew it.

“Casino businessman Bill Friedman discussed the history of casinos in America and the criminal careers of the leaders of the four largest gangs during Prohibition. He talked about how the gangs' leaders and their associates operated high-end, illegal casinos across the country—and then built 80 percent of the Las Vegas Strip gambling resorts in the two decades from the opening of the Flamingo in 1946 to Caesars Palace in 1966. Open Lines followed. The final half hour featured a replay of an interview with Rosemary Ellen Guiley on UFOs.

It's like David Duchovny and the final season of X-Files. "How little can you do and still get paid?"
Eh, nevermind...

A caller tonight finally asked Noory why past regular UFO guest Peter Davenport hasn't been on c2cam for a long time.
Noory told the caller that Peter was ill and so they had to replace him.
Funny since Peter has appeared on other shows after Noory dumped him, sounds like a fake excuse...
Speaking of Davenport, for tonight’s SIT.

6-10pm PT: Art Bell - Somewhere in Time returns to 5/5/97 when Peter Davenport of the National UFO Center reported on sightings.

For those who don’t have a local AM station that broadcasts SIT over-the-air, KLVI has it online.

Yep Noory did his usual Friday cut out early routine and this was after he held the guest over an extra half hour, so only one hour minus commercials for open lines...
There was only time for a few of the regular sad pack callers including Corny, Barry, Mike the Millenial.
Barry even attempted to sing part of the UFO Phil closing song... 8)

What about Cleopatra/Scarlet O’Hara.  I haven’t heard from her in a while.  Maybe she got lost looking for Jonesboro, North Carolina, Scarlet’s childhood home.
Merry Christmas

That sounds even more pitiful than usual.

I just want to chime in and reiterate my hatred for Mike the Millennial, as well as my overall disdain for the Sad Pack of callers.  As much as Ian Punnett can irritate me, I appreciate that he doesn't want to deal with these people.  I find it amusing.  Richard Syrett is avoiding them for the most part as well.

I listened to an archived show a few days ago and MIM emphasized to George how "eternally grateful" he is that he took his call.  That poor kid needs to get out more.  I'm surprised he was only the second most hated in school.  If, back then, he would've captured the zeal that he has now as a caller to C2C I'm quite certain he'd be the most hated.

Louise (reincarnated Cleopatra) called in last night in the last hour with Noory...

I still get a chuckle out of hearing George tell the story of Mike's Mom bringing him to the taping of Noory's TV show in Boulder.  All that was missing was him telling us she brought him as a reward for him joining the "clean plate club" and eating his vegetables.

Is Bill the AAA still recording his calls to replay for any women he's managed to lure into his den?

I did not know that.  @Uncle Duke  I wonder if George gave MTM's mom a nice sweaty embrace.  Posed for the camera and such.  Mike has that 8X10 on his nightstand.  Looks at it before nighty night and says "Good night Mom and Dad."

By the way, thank you for the "clean plate club" reference.  ;D

LOL!  Did he really do that?  I haven't heard him call in for quite a long time.  I think Noory cut him from his Sad Pack list of callers.
