I did have a curiosity regarding Ralph Malph reading poetry though.  Was he any good?  If he took it seriously as you say, I can assume he gave it his best effort. 

he did give it a big effort but it was pretty bad, Noory's Tell Tale Heart is cheesy but better than Ralph Malph's -  Noory's is very Jon Lovitz's 'Master Thespian'

would love to see Noory do Shakespeare's Hamlet.

i do remember Potsie from Happy Days was also on Coast maybe 5 years ago and it wasn't with Noory, he had invented some product/gadget that would set off an alarm if a driver nodded off while driving which apparently is a problem that kills a fair number of people annually. Tiger Woods's crash being an example.

Noory was better?     I'm definitely glad I didn't listen. 

The product you mentioned was suggested/inspired by Potsi's uncle, Dr. Henry Heimlich, creator of the Heimlich Maneuver.  It's called Alertdrops, and I think I may try it.  I love road trips but I have nodded off a few times while driving.  Not good.

Oh, and I would never want to see Noory do Shakespeare's Hamlet.  Even for laughs I couldn't do it.

yeah and i did remember it was something taken orally but then i thought how could that possibly work? if you're that sleepy you can forget to take the spray out and give yourself a blast.

i remember Noory wasn't the interviewer, maybe it was Schraeder when he was doing Coast hosting on weekends.
