The computer sends a private, high-quality audio feed to a media server at the S-Meter site in Salt Lake City where it is then served to simultaneous listeners.

Pahrump Receiver Audio Frequency Response Equalization
A Romac 10-Band Equalizer is used to compensate for media stream encoding/decoding frequency response distortions.

Art Bell, W6OBB, uses the Romac 10-Band Equalizer shown above to make the audio frequency response from the output of his Icom 756ProII in Pahrump to the output of your computer sound card flatter than it otherwise would be, so the sound quality you hear more closely approximates the sound quality at the receiver.

Pahrump Remote Receiving Site Inverted-V Antenna, Page 1

Art Bell's KNYE-FM radio station tower supports the apex of the inverted-v antenna used by his Icom 756ProII remote receiver.
The Pahrump receiver uses the inverted-v dipole antenna shown in photo below.

The poly-clad window feed-line that connects the inverted-v HF receiving antenna to the Icom transceiver inside the FM broadcast station building can be seen extending down to the right from the tower midpoint.

The HF inverted-v receiving antenna and poly-clad window feed-line are easier to see in this close-up view.
