Do you know The Guy from Pittsburg? He’s from Pittsburg, too.  He made a live appearance with me once.
Merry Christmas

Many years ago, a Registered Nurse got me hooked on Zebras. She used them faithfully at work. I noticed mine would disappear if loaned out for a quickie signing or if left on a desk in a group work environment.

I like the grounding effect of the metal barrel - tactile reaction reminds me of titanium.

( Perhaps the exact opposite of the feel of a chunky, blue-capped BIC?  Heh heh. )

If I were a psychiatrist whipping out the  prescription pad, I do believe I would brandish a black - inked Zebra and click it twice for emphasis. Maybe three clicks.

"Sadly," I have fallen into the trap of messy gel pens - which quality can vary GREATLY by brand.

Note to self: The almost full moon was fierce last night.
Seemed to affect my handwriting. Probably my imagination,
but I cannot rule out that the wolfsbane-based ink gel caused
a ripple of  micro tremors.

I love Art Deco.  Here’s a Waterman that caught my eye, some time ago.  It has a nice Art Deco-style flair.

That is a beauty.  I was at the mall shopping for some Christmas gifts and there was a Tiffany & Co. store there.  I found that surprising.  I'm an Antiques Roadshow addict and you can't go wrong with Tiffany.  I was very disappointed in the types of items they were selling.  Pet dishes, dog collars, odd jewelry, etc.  It didn't have the artistry or any of the characteristics of original Tiffany items.  But, I digress...

I did come across a pen that I liked.  The price shocked me.  This pen is $600.00  :o  If I were rich I wouldn't spend that.

That looks like old Gatsby's gorgeous pen!

( With a pricetag like though, I would think it came with its own Green Ghost Light? )

That is also a  beauty. Almost like a subliminal cigar or pool cue.

( But usually, a pen is just a pen and should not be overly interpreted. )

Thank God for carbon paper and number 2 pencils.   ;)

I was forced to partially quote you from the Thanksgiving page because this topic needs more action and because of my intermittent control issues.

My favorite daily writers are the V5 Pilot Pens. My Spousal Unit teases me because I'm always making lists with pen and paper. A list on my phone or laptop just doesn't do it for me. I'm that way with books too...

There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

That red one looks like it would effectively spill "proof red" correction blood on an otherwise Snow White manuscript.

I ordered these oil based black paint pens for bold outlining of a larger sized comic character painted with acrylics.
