Logged Outside and See Half Of The Forum

I was reading the forum this morning, logged out, and half of it is not there. That was the basic breakdown you see on the front page, and thus you do not see the sub forums. This included the topics about podcasts, radio shows and all of those subtopics. You also do not see the thread, easily about why MV sold Bellgab.
When I logged in, I had access to all of the forums and sub forums. Sometimes I do not log in, but just want to follow a thread without posting. Is this a maintenance matter? This only happened this morning. It was not like that after the return from the maintenance to make the forum "sexy."
The two General Categories that are not showing up are "Radio and Podcasts" and "How To Use Ellgab."

Thanks. I had a late night and things just didn't look right in the real world and it carried forth to here. I can log in.
