Title: video games now 9% more expensive in chicago

9% "amusement tax" in force in chicago. probably old news.
apparently netflix is charging this tax, and playstation is going to.

Sadly playing GTA or some other criminal shoot em up is cheaper, and easier, there. A rare phenomena when kids want to go outside and do real versus video mayhem. Sad, on both sides really.
