Go to "Profile".
Go to "Modify Profile, Look and Layout".
There is a "Time Offset" with an "auto detect" link that should fix you up.

Thanks, I looked for 10 minutes but never found it but I’ve changed it on every other forum I’ve been on.  I must be losing it.
