It was suggested ages ago... She could easily sell the Cuckshack at a small, tidy profit... Even if Airyn owns the note, unless there's verbiage otherwise in a contract, she could sell and run. She's gotta get it that the deal she has (owning a freaking house with low property taxes and low upkeep) is a lucky break yet she poisoned the neighborhood with her own choices. By her own accounts, selling and leaving is her best option... If she were like 98% of people, that is. It's the 2% you read about on Yahoo News or the Daily Mail.
