Could this explain MV’s interest in Art, radio, exotic women, tech, and sudden quittening?

I figure that based on Art’s acknowledged “history”, that there are quite a few I acknowledged little Bells tuning around.  And the early 80’s would be prime time for Art’s days as a fledgeling cable company executive and Giant C-band sattelite dish installer?

So did Art find some informal kickback method for taking the filter off the line for “free HBO and Disney Channel”?
