Those were funny.  I liked the bandido one best.  We used to eat Granny Goose potato chips all the time as kids but those ads never played on our tv set, yeah, all three channels.  At first I thought the chips were made in Portland, Oregon, but no, I got them mixed up with GrandMa’s cookies Co.  I remember seeing the big cookie plant while passing through Portland.
