Even the shadow bits of George and Ringo are recognizable, take away the music, don't say Beatles, and those shadows are still easily identifiable.

The guy that put this record together was from the Pete Best band... Yes that Pete Best.

This is one of the best songs of the modern rock era, in my humble opinion.

I really like it. Great soulful singing and the production is good. Is that Pete on the drums? Only it's too short. Intro should be longer and needs a good ending. I guess everything had to be 2:30 minutes for am radio. I can't believe everyone had to listen to rock on am.

No Pete on drums, if I'm not mistaken, Pete was pretty much off music by then. There's a guy that did a song analysis on YouTube and he talked about the British sounds on it, like the piano.  The production really took this to a different level.

This equals any of the best Motown songs.
