« on: March 24, 2024, 09:44:15 AM »
Narrowing the list down to the overall best and or most popular bumper music selection used by Art on classic C2C AM.

The provided link shows a list of the known bumper music preferred by Art. Pick 5 and we will begin to deduct songs as the game progresses.

My shortlist of 5: In no particular order.

Gotta go with Ride my Seasaw with the pre-amble for being the best. One of my go to songs when i was still into rock n roll.

I have no worsts after that. I pretty much like everything Art used.
Ask me about the legendary desert Bigfoot. A.K.A the Sandsquatch and his more elusive cousin, the Albino White Sands Dunefoot.

Did Art ever play Crazy in the Night? We still hear it. Some things should be left buried in the desert.

If memory serves (and it does) Art did NOT ever use that song. I could be wrong, but I'm not!

Way to list your 5, BOB!

My shortlist of 5: In no particular order.
Year Of The Cat - Al Stewart
Little Lies - Fleetwood Mac
Hold On - Ian Gomm
Sundown - Gordon Lightfoot
SOS - ABBA

I am narrowing this list down now by removing Little Lies as I deduce down to my most favored song.

You buggers! The very idea of this conversation is to narrow down the shortlist of 5 down to just 1 song.  You are required to strip away songs from your FIVE in order to arrive at ONE! I don't understand how you can list five and then walk away without finishing what you started! Anyone who has listed 5 is OBLIGATED TO SEE IT THROUGH TO 1!

I can't be any clearer than that. Here we sit on the edge of World War 8 and you lazy bastards decide to stop living as if you're already dead! "He's dead, Jim"

I am now removing Hold On by Ian Gomm, thus taking my list to 3.
Year Of The Cat
Sundown
