I’ve never seen a Piggly Wiggly with sad old women and obvious illegal aliens giving away chunks of a hotdog pinned to a sliver of cheese with a toothpick and stuck to half a cracker as I have in Costcos.  I guess that’s supposed to be hors d’oeuvres for the rubes.

I have been looking at older neighborhoods in Billings. South of the airport, east of Walmart and Costco. Unfortunately, watching them over time, their house prices have doubled and tripled, depending on condition...  I just needed to be close to an airport and that, along with the desire to be near a Walmart and a Costco, seems to limit me...

The blue city/state exodus has really taken a toll... I guess I need to help that my bank accounts haven't been seized before the big real estate crash comes.

Big spender!  unless there was 2000 ft.² of basement space below that place, it's crazy high priced. It's in Michigan!

I would assume that this is a rental property.  50% occupancy at 200 bux per night, 50% margins, ROI at $175k is a bit less than 10 years.  Could be reasonable for a lakeside property.  And it has a tree, let's not forget that.
