I just made apple pie.

The apples are from my mums garden and it’s the last of a huge bag full I made 3 crumbles from.

Went out to lunch today to a gastro pub in the sticks.
It was sublime.

Venison and black pudding scotch egg
Beetroot Hummus and bread

Pheasant breast with Pheasant liver Wellington and braised red cabbage

Date and Walnut sponge with vanilla ice cream with a piece of honeycomb and butterscotch sauce.
