It is (unhealthy) to go along feeling
as you do. If you have not already
consulted a (doctor), do so at once.
Some (psychological) disturbance may be the
(cause) of your trouble.
Very often (volunteer) work is prescribed
for a case like yours. If you had a
(job) you would keep more regular
hours and would be too busy to (think)
about your condition. Your (disposition)
would have a change and you would
probably enjoy yourself.
Of course, you realize that you will
be more and more (depressed) if you
permit yourself to think you are not
going to live. Surely you will live if
you try. You will be happy and in-
terested in life if you direct your
thoughts and (emotions) along more
normal and wholesome (habits).
