Analog goodness was delivered today. A nice looking windup timer - reminiscent of those big timer clocks  we used in film developing darkrooms.

Sometimes, the digital revolution must be denied access to common tasks.

I like to limit myself to 45 mins bench time when assembling anti-drone MASERs.

Heh, heh... I like those kind of timers.  I have a small broiler with one.  Crank it and you’re good.  And if you pull the stuff out of the oven early, it shuts off with a “ding,” when the timer runs out, if I don’t shut it off.  It’s good when you don’t inadvertently burn your estate down.
