I was at a venue yesterday and I had a very sweet server approach me. We chatted a bit and she mentioned that she loved the place and had worked at a competitor's that treated the women servers like meat. My response was, I noticed that this place doesn't have their women push their boobs up to their chin. Sure sounded like a genuine laugh from her.
They offered mixed drinks with soda syrup (no carbonation). OMFG, it made a world of difference.
