                   What Will Mrs. Thompson Say?

(Just to sweeten the pot, question #3 will be worth ten points.)

1. Depends on how young you are.
2. You can talk to anyone you like... if you are serious about these boys you probably should be loyal to them.
3. 18 would be ideal.

Dear Thankie,
I think I’ve already answered this, but maybe it was a different Mrs. Thompson.
1. Corresponding with them is fine so long as they are not love letters. Far better than going to the bushes with them.
2. Don’t let these boys become wife abusers. Tell them you’ll talk to whomever you please.
3. Girls should be at least 17.
Merry Christmas

Your radiant beauty distracted me and as I turned my eyes from your glory I noticed juan had the correct answers.

@anniem and @Rikki Gins due to a death in my family, my time is limited. Today is the first day, I have posted in over a week. I am OK.—just sad. I see some things don’t change.
I am keeping the green soap and sterile needles close at hand.

Hi @FISH ! Giving you virtual hugs!

My dear Fish.  No, nothing has changed here.  Set your own schedule.  Read and enjoy, and take part when you feel up to it.  We are here for you.

1. Do not correspond with them.  To do so would be foolish as they attend the same school as you.  (Clever answer Mrs. T.)
2. Yes, talk to other boys.  Your two boyfriends don't have leashes on you.
3. 18.

I count seven separate questions here, and don't forget, it is officially Double Points Friday, so each correct answer will get you two points.  Except for the question concerning what time T.Y.'s friends should go home.  THAT one will be worth 20 points!  Good luck.

1.  No you are not too young.  You can go to the show if your parents know.
2.   Yes, have a party if the parents are ok with it.
3.   Never go past 10 pm.
4. Work:  children things, like nanny work, or helping with child care nurseries.
5.  Learning to skate is good,  it will shape your butt so it doesn't look like you've been sitting all day.
6.  Don't be wearing his ring, you aren't owned by him yet.
7.   Anything blue

1. Yes, unless the others are adults and have the permission of whatever living parents you may have.
2. If it is ok with said living parents.
3. 9pm or one hour before any living parent needs to go to bed.
4. Soda jerk assistant.
5. Skate away
6. Yes, 15 is too young for that.
7. Pink

Dear Thankie,
1. With all parents permission you could all go to an afternoon matinee.
2. Yes, it would be okey if your parents approve, approve of the other children, and are both at home during the party.
3. They should leave about 8:30, or at least in time to be home by nine. Chores still come early the next morning.
4. Babysitting would be a good start. You English is not good enough for office work.
5. Of course there could be harm at the skating rink. You are a randy 15-year old with obviously hot britches. You can minimize the risk by securing your mother’s permission and going with a group of girls who are not harlots.
6. You are too young to be wearing a boy’s ring.
7. Blue.
Merry Christmas

Dear Thank You,

You are not too young to double date just don't go into the balcony.

It is ok to have friends over as long as your parents and your friends parents approve.

Your friends should leave at 8:00 as long as it is not a school night.

You should look for work in a nice place like the library, pharmacy or grocery store. Stay away from pool halls.

There is no harm going skating as long as your parents approve.

I don't think there is any harm wearing a boy's ring as long as you are just friends. You are too young to get serious about boys.

A nice blue evening dress would be proper for a girl your age.
