Really nice technique that dude has - love the heated steel at 550F - yeah that'd bring the burnt spots in just the right order.
The toppings - meh - not a pineapple guy at all.
But the technique as I said - golden.
I bet a pizza stone would work too.
I'm lazy though - top tip - find your fave pizza place and ask them if you can buy one of their dough balls. They're better than the frozen grocery store fare and if you eat there regularly they wont begrudge you a take home now and again. I pay about $5 to my shop and that seems fair for both of us.
