Yikes - I didn't know Kraftwerk were so old.  Well, the Cars were too. Late bloomers.

Matt Keough and Don Shuka too.  And that country singer girl who had two brothers die by 28 and now she's dead at 30.  Something's up there...

Eh, nevermind...

Sorry to see that Florian has passed.  He was pretty much the head honcho of the band.  I remember being in a Hollywood music store back in 1970 and seeing an album cover of some Nazi looking guys with bright red lipstick on.  Quite eye catching but I wouldn't actually hear their music for another three or four years, when Autobahn was released.  RIP, Florian.

There seem to be a lot more celeb deaths than usual lately, or is it that there isn't as much other competing news

Lots of the people we grew up with are crossing over.  Happens to every generation, I suppose.  Plus there are many celebs who die that you may have never heard of.  I don't know a lot of modern day actors and musicians.  There are lots more people in the world now, and probably more celebs, so perhaps more of them are dying?  I wonder.

Salad bars, namely Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes.

https://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/business/story/2020-05-07/souplantations-buffet-style-restaurants-closing-for-good-due-to-the-coronvirus

(They were already on their way out of business, they closed their Encinitas ($$$$ zip code) location even though the place was full every day of the week. Bad business management.)

If I'm not mistaken, the very first one had opened near the San Diego Sports Arena/Sea World.  Even as a teenager, me and my friends would drive down there and eat the place under.

Eh, nevermind...

Well, shit.

It's fine, it's Brian Howe and not the Bad Company singer everyone cares about - Paul Rodgers.
