GUEST BIORey Hernandez is an Experiencer and one of the founders of FREE: Foundation For Research Into Extraterrestrial Encounters. He is employed as an Estate Tax Attorney with the IRS, U.S. Dept of Treasury. He was previously the Director of the Center for a Sustainable Urban Environment at the City University of New York and the Director of the Office of Community Environmental Planning for the City of New York. Rey is currently the Director of the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute, or CCRI, comprised of more than 20 Ph.D. academics and five medical doctors.
