Huh. My wife's best friend from the old town is selling. A lot of finger-food martini type get-togethers happened here. Me and my meatheads did the floors in this place. I loved the place but never understood the 6 bathrooms and only 3 bedrooms set-up.

No windows on the first floor - snow concerns maybe?  Oh well - you can lace an antelope with a hunting bow from your front porch and have it on the barbie just like that.

I watch a guy on YouTube who's based out of Las Vegas. He highlights the crazy-assed asking prices where people are flipping homes and trying to make a 300% profit in a couple of years. Most of them have comps that are a fraction of what their asking price is.

That house does not look like one of those. 😁

It is tempting to say they overbuilt for the area. Probably not though, considering the neighborhoods got some other $1 million homes.

Horrible yard size for somebody who stays local. Probably a good size for somebody who spends half the year in Los Angeles.

With all that glass, two things come to mind...

No spontaneous fucking with the bitch bent over the back of the couch.

The tyrannical law/tax enforcement agents can surveil you without much effort..

Then, a little later, the thought of insect intrusion came to mind. Bore in on the outside and make its way and move freely along the exposed-slat ceiling.

Attractive as fuck though (with a lot of updates). Just not on a corner lot with public roads a baseball toss away.
