Shave and a haircut on the titanium ring with the lid off that toilet/chair?
The 'ol shave and a haircut has proven to be far more effective than tapping the My Sharona riff which would certainly become annoying to all other participants. Or even worse.. Smoke On The Water.  ::)

I hope it was an early implosion. Entombed with others in a tin can miles underwater.. nope.

Awful. That's why my Dad was ecstatic was ecstatic when had a choice at a topside gig in the Navy during the war. Nothing worse than being locked in a steel box when under attack and not being able to see what was going on.
One of those youtube guys had a worse scenario - the sub lost communications.  It blew tanks and surfaced but no one has seen them and they are bolted in there. Bobbing around like a cork in the swells with the air depleting. Definitely a quick implosion [ supposedly the vessel had never been that deep before - so hey let us test it out with paying passengers] would be preferable.

“We have to retain hope as part of what we are doing as a human community to find the explorers and bring them to safety,” she said.

A U.S. Navy official said Wednesday that a special naval salvage system that could be used to haul the Titan to the surface had arrived in St. John’s. Officials were in the process of identifying a vessel that it could be attached to, and once one is chartered, it would take about 24 hours to weld the system to the deck.

A Canadian military surveillance aircraft has detected underwater noises during its hunt for "Titan," the missing Titanic tourist submersible, providing a glimmer of hope for the public about the five people on board. Mike Armstrong explains how this discovery is impacting the operation and the vast size of the search area, while Eric Sorensen explains how sonar buoys, a technology first used during the Second World War, could play a critical role in the search.

Plus, it is the deepest successful sub rescue in history. Roger Mallinson was one of two men rescued from a Canadian-made submersible stuck at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean in 1973. Redmond Shannon speaks with Mallinson about how he and his colleague Roger Chapman became trapped, how the pair survived and his empathy for the five people on board the "Titan."

I would think that an implosion would make some noise, too.  Anyone know if there was a capability at the time to detect something like that?

Really beginning to look like, even if the sub is intact, that they are going to run out of oxygen before anyone locates them.

Two days worth of oxygen for five people...or ten days of oxygen for one person, and rescue.

Who survives?  Clearly the idiot CEO is the first to be killed.  Does the billionaire buy them all off?  Or do the rest sacrifice themselves for the 18 year old?

Sad to say, but unless the necessary retrieval of the sub is well underway, i.e. they are being brought to the surface, the air will run out and everyone will die.  Even under the best of circumstances, it takes several hours to reach the titanic and return to the surface.  I haven't read any breaking news about such progress, so it's all over.  I still think that they were killed instantly during an implosion.

Two of the five people in the Death Can are Pakistanis.  One is 18 years old. Stop listening to MAGAtard news.

Not to mention that they have no idea where the sub is and have to search for it.

If they are on the bottom, they would most likely die from hypothermia before the air ran out. That might be the most merciful way to die.

When this is all said and done, my guess is they got snagged on something and couldn't get loose.
