Just north of Galveston. I’ve been flooded in since Monday night and a tropical system is supposed to hit by Friday.

@Dyna-X sent that to Dave Schrader earlier. Pretty bizarre that they evacuated a nearby post office as well.

Holy Shit Gravity. I had no idea. About your situation near Galveston....Evacuating a nearby Post Office is also interesting....I noticed that too....Hopefully people are verifying this........because it smells a bit ....

It caught us off guard. High tide and a deluge synchronized. The ground is saturated and I am hoping that this new storm steers way south. We’ll still be on the dirty side but we won’t get as high of a tide.
