Tragic doesn't cut it. Neither does sad, or heartbreaking. Unbelievable? meh..  'Absolutely disgusting' seems to be the closest thing I got.

There are some compliments men should never offer up to women. "I really like your leggings" for instance. If it's a woman that says it to another woman-"Oh! Thank you! They're XYZ Designer"
from a man standing behind you in the grocery store that you realize has been watching your ass the entire time you take stuff out of the cart- "Thanks"...... raising an eyebrow and making sure the cart stays between him and you.

What guy would say "I really like your leggings?"  :o  I don't know of any man that would use the term 'leggings' unless he was in ballet, gay, Shakespearean plays, or an outright creep.

I used to say stuff like "cool print" or "... design" - no longer. 

Yesterday, someone I've worked with for the last 6 months was wearing a really nice outfit.  Not a fucking word.  Won't bother anymore.
