I am GREAT at many, many things but master only the majority of those things
perhaps your sublandlord is great with leaky sinks and squeaky doors but not much more even though he says he is GREAT at many, many things

I say the repair guy was being pretty silly. Although Sean made a good point about dust. We do have blown-in fiberglass coming out through the bathroom fan, microscopic looking mists plus big chunks, probably due to mice in the attic from the field nearby. I try not to use the fan. The crap is horrible, toxic dust which could interfere with an alarm. Most of the dust is caught be the tray-style light cover, which we've had to clean out every 6 months. I don't know how scared to be.
