Replace? Oh no. You just plop all of them on in the top there and they are dispensed in that bottom tray. That way you can grab handfuls through out the day.

I thought those who have adopted the vetsmart plan also feed/medicate as an animal would.
I imagine they fill it up with Hill's Prescription Diet dog food, slop in some fish antibiotics, a cup of bird seed, half a cup of mectymect sheep drench and are ready to live another day, protected from the harms of the human world.
