Some bad lifestyle choices and decisions, apparently.  Condolences to the wife and daughter especially.  You would think a television personality in one of the country's biggest markets would "party," or whatever, in a place rather than a Days Inn in the middle of the day with some unreported male.

https://ktla.com/2018/12/27/ktla-anchor-chris-burrous-death-investigated-as-possible-overdose-glendale-police/

"death of KTLA Morning News reporter and weekend anchor Chris Burrous is being investigated as a possible overdose, police said Thursday. Burrous was found unresponsive at a Days Inn in Glendale after a male he was with called authorities around 1:15 p.m"
Hmmm.

Reading btwn the lines.  He was at the DAys Inn and up to no good with some guy he picked up.  Hitting the pipe and smoking some pipe.  A bad combo.

Choices. And bad, questionable ones. I feel bad for the wife and, worse, daughter. Jeez, as Norry might say. I hope he had, or the station had, a good policy for him that covers such behavior resulting in death. Or, better yet, contains some "Hollywood rider" that covers it without releasing details to the wife and daughter.

He's been in bad health for a while as he divorced Toni Tenille so he could get government assistance in medical care.

His brother was a punk and a make believe producer...  Just read he committed suicide no too long ago...

A well-accomplished family. Dennis was the Dragon family's version of Dennis Wilson, I think.  Flaky but talented when he applied himself.

I ended up reading about Billy Connelly too... He's on his way out...
Eh, nevermind...

Co-founder of Southwest Airlines has passed. Famous for his humor, marketing schemes, and being a good businessman and somewhat reinventing flying to more regional airports, making it cheaper, encouraging the "fun" of flying, stewardesses, joking pilots, etc.
