It would have been only right to have asked him to do of the current C2C work because now it sounds like amateur hour with all these different voices. While they overpay George, they've gone cheap elsewhere.

With Cumulus selling their stations, maybe Ross Mitchell could come back.  He'd make sNoory sound even worse.
