Wow.

You wade into the Trump thread, openly invite conflict, then play the poor widdle me card when you get some.

Link for July 11, 2018, Spec Sheet PodCast.

I'm still holding out for a broadcast of the voicemail I left. This should not be an insurmountable technological task.

That Spec Sheet show was shit.

For all the smack that MV talked over the past few months about Heather not addressing certain things on air - he did exactly the same thing...

He goes on his podcast with Curtis talking tech and appears to be completely disinterested in saying anything about BellGab and it being shut down (yeah not that he owes anyone an explanation) - I just thought it was ironic, and irritating to know how little of a shit he gave about any of it.

I think Michael was disappointed by the broad lack of interest in the Spec Sheet. Tried as he may to make that stuff interesting, it just is not given to it.

I mean aside from hearing a guy talk about his fantasy sports team, is there anything more dull than somebody talking about their iPhone... I think not.

Curtis doing a podcast is a bad combination of milquetoast and ego.  Unlistenable.

Which brings me to Evelyn.  MW did not choose broadcasting partners well.  To say the least.

Maybe MV thought he could bring out the best in them. I have zero interest in tech but gave it a shot because I felt MV might be able to animate the discussion. That seems not possible.

The world is submerged in political opinion and we all have our own, so I don't see the point in listening to two other people talk about it.

Especially if there's never anything new or interesting

This odd-couple format is very 1970s radio. It's not fresh, not interesting and it puts people in bubbles.

Many things killed ESPN but this style of programming is near the top.

True aficionados will recall that the focus of the show on tech was because that's what those two wanted to talk about. Popularity and/or greater social acceptance was never on the agenda.

Evidently.

Oh well, BellGab is dead, long live EllGab. There's even plans for a BartCast, giving you the opportunity to inflict your awful Saffer accent on an unfortunate public.

Still hasn’t happened...where did you go? Have you waded deeper into the sea of obscurity you always thrived in? Here, you can borrow my snorkel - the water’s toasty. *Wink*
not well-liked, but right

I think we could just use a VPN which you'd connect to on a tablet, with the mixer located on that same vpn on my end, and you should be able to see the mixer from your end. It would be an interesting experiment.

Does it have to be a tablet?  I have one, but it is out on loan.  What about allowing you unlimited access to my home desktop that is literally filled to the brim with Horse Porn and indecent coq pics?  Would that work?
