1.) Good to see you! 😃
2.) Frazier is often overlooked but he was just as much in the mix as Foreman and Ali.
(I wouldn't want to get hit by him!)

Not sure of any great rivalry he had but I sure used to like to watch Joe Hipp in action

They don't have to be rivalries - just a good match. Gotta love those southpaws!

Jake LaMotta - Sugar Ray Robinson

LaMotta's six-fight rivalry with Sugar Ray Robinson was one of the most notable in the sport, but LaMotta won only one of the bouts. Although each fight was close, LaMotta dropped Robinson to the canvas multiple times.

And here I thought that I was the only Joe Hipp fan in the world.  I remember watching that bout on USA Boxing with Sean O'Grady.  I always liked Joe's signature boxing style, use your head as a punching bag until the other guy wears himself out, then you can move in for the kill.  Glad to see that Joe is still with us: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Hipp

Going to blow up thread, or start new one?
ps: Leonard/Duran stuff was great.

I am starting to get into boxing again this year. The Showtime schedule is pretty solid

As for rivalries I liked Holyfield-Bowe

Wrestling has never really drawn my interest -- not even when I was young and all my friends were watching and talking about it. I like MMA as well but it should have it's own thread because the strategy is completely different than boxing.
