Dickey Betts - 80.
I remember Phil Walden telling me in 1968 he was putting together a band he thought would be pretty good.
I guess only Johnny is left.

Freezing your credit reports only causes the establishment of new lines of credit for loans, credit cards, recurring services such as mobile phone service, etc. to be blocked. Basically no one can open new lines of credit or in other ways borrow money using your info because anyone attempting to check your credit beforehand wouldn’t be able to. It doesn’t shut off your existing bank accounts or cards.

You seem to have a Falkie-esque understanding of how anything works and an equal amount of willpower to actually figure those things out before doing dumb stuff. Don’t get me wrong it’s fun to watch, but it’s astounding that adult human beings can even survive day to day as long as they do with so little understanding of the machinery of adulting.

...if it were the truth.

Well when someone tries to steal your identity I guess you have choices.

One of those choices is to immediately place fraud alerts with and freeze all credit bureau reports, chexx systems reports, utility credit reporting agency info.  One would then go about contacting every personal data broker that had you appearing in a google search and removing your records if not able to do so via their web site, and limiting or removing any social media or web exposure if desired. Additionally you’d be wise to change one’s password on every account you own to something that isn’t “coozehorsefacelover1”

But that’s a lot of work and it’s much easier in a drunken stupor some early morning to just email the retarded kid on a web forum pretending to be your sister saying you died. That should be just as effective.

After all people would never continue to use a dead persons identity right?  I’ll ask a big fat guy who also does YouTube stuff about that.
