Sean have you tried companion planting? Won’t help with fungus but you can often mitigate the bug problem with that strategy.

Done occasionally (chives with roses, parsley (or some other weed), etc...  This time, I'm growing in containers and chince out on stuff like that.  I've done the home made sprays and store bought stuff...  Good reminder though...  I gotta do something more natural and healthy.

More research time! Yay!  Especially if some of these plants will grow in an awful clay soil.
Eh, nevermind...

From seed, national grower or local grower?

Unfortunately, I'm close enough to a lagoon and the ocean that everything I grow seems to have a fungus or insect problem.  As commercial agriculture in my area disappears, it seems to be getting worse.

Meh...

PS I've been trying a pet-safe dusting powder this year that seems like it's safe, but I still don't like treatments.

From seed. I walk around the grounds jacking off in all the planters every spring.

Sorry about your fungus.  We had this bass player once..

The bass player I mentioned used to name his crabs, like he had a petting zoo in there. He was quite fond of them. We canned him. He blew his brains out a year later due to an inoperable tumor at the base of his spine.

Even hell wouldn't want Bradley.

You're just looking for an excuse to show yer lil wiener ;D ;)

BTW I still cannot properly coil an XLR cable consistently. Or any cable for that matter. Shame on me :-[

Don't worry, you're just being a guitarist...

Did I ever recount the story of some friends who were auditioning for Sony?  Bad cables screwed up their set and they were eternally doomed to indie releases and now, playing bars to make rent...

Whaaaa?  To make RENT you say? At what point does one not just decide to get a fucking job and mortgage! Are they feasting on Top Roman Noodles every night in the rented band house or suite?

BTW  Vocalist ~ Guitarist.  So the singer in me refuses to learn to deal with cables. I'd rather squish them up into a ball and throw them into a box and just replace them on a regular basis.  @sean92008

Livewires over Mogami, I hope...

I wrote two paragraphs of stuff but decided to wipe it because it's not necessary.  Let's just say that I feel fortunate that I can work very part-time now and be quite content with my finances.  Well, content until I have a year like this past one where I need to buy three cars...  Now the financial crunch of intense spending is rearing its ugly head.

PS, these guys all live in Southern California, mind you. A crappy house is over $500k.  In my neighborhood, I have a neighbor who's got a $1.7M home. My kids have friends whose families have much larger mansion-like homes under $600k near Dallas...  It's not cheap to live in a decent neighborhood with decent schools that actually teach kids to accel.
Eh, nevermind...

The moon is beautiful tonight! I love summer nights.
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.
