I wonder how you're doing.  I'm not familiar with the poo report.  Does Akwilly know about that?
To tighten stools:  Banana (not too ripe), White Rice, Apple, and Toast.
White rice can be pretty amazing in distressful times.
If you think you ate colonized bacteria, you could nuke a little garlic in water and eat that, as it is anti-bacterial.
Coconut oil is also anti-bacterial.  I think vinegar is, too.  Doesn't take much.

Be sure to drink some electrolytes!  If you don't have any, take a multi-vitamin with water.

14, I like the way you suggest natural remedies.  The simplest the best, in many cases.  You are so right about the toast.  Didn't know about the others as much.  And water/fluids.  Seems like a contradiction, but important to avoid dehydration.  Our "gut brain" has to be kept well.
